Almost all of the European&American web hosting companies do not provide products for copyright infringed content.But exception always exist when there is profit.But I don’t think you can find them in USA or UK.Here is one option:Russia. Russia website hosting is famous for its anti copyright rules.They can do not respect the copyright laws.But sadly the language of these website hosting companies is Russian.But after a huge amout of information collection,we have found one.The conversation is as follows:

Hello there,What I can tell you is that we do not interfere with what a customer is doing on their site a long a it does not directly infringe on our hosting terms.Now, if we do receive complaints we still will not immediately shut down your site. Instead, we will send you a notification and try to work with you. If you do not respond to our notifications this may eventually lead to your site being taken down.
